Whether the Broadband Infraco (BBI) has been the subject of any investigation by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) in the period of 1 June 2014 to 30 June 2019; if so, what was the (a) subject and nature of each specified investigation and (b) outcome of each such investigation? 2. Whether the specified investigations have been completed in each case; if not, what is the current status of each of the incomplete investigations; if so what was the outcome of the investigation in each case? BBI was not the subject of an investigation by the SIU.
