(1) What is the (a) total number of acting positions in each hospital in the Republic and (b) breakdown of the specified number in each province; (2) what total number of the acting positions are held by senior staff; (3) what (a)(i) total number of such senior staff have disciplinary processes and/or cases against them and (ii) are the relevant details of the specified cases and (b) disciplinary measures are being taken by his department in this regard? The Honourable Member is requested to indicate the levels of the positions she is referring to. The manner in which the question is phrased is very broad as there are many categories and levels.
