(1)Whether, with regard to the resignation of the former CEO of the SA Social Security Agency, the specified person was forced to resign; (2) did the specified person sign a confidentiality clause prohibiting him from disclosing the reasons pertaining to his resignation; if not, what are the relevant details; if so, why? (1)The employment contract of the former CEO was terminated by way of mutual consent.
