(1)Whether, with reference to her reply to questions 3835 on 12 November 2015 and 3797 on 12 November 2016, the specified matter has been finalised; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (2) was the registration of children and procurators a variation of the (a) scope and (b) price of the contract with Cash Paymaster Services; if not, what was it since the registration of the specified categories was done in addition to the re-registration of the 9 082 251 persons that were projected in her department’s costing template; if so, (i) what is the process that the SA Social Security Agency follows in terms of its supply chain processes to vary the scope or price of a contract and (ii) was the specified process followed?
