(2). (a) on what date did the tender go out, (b) what was the cost of the tender, (c) which advertising and/or media house was used for the tender and (d) on what date was the tender published. (3 what (a) was the closing date of the bids for the tender, (b) were the specifications of the tender document and (c) number of companies submitted bids for the service. (4). whether he will furnish Mr T W Mhlongo with a copy of the shortlisted companies that wanted to provide the service; if not, why not; if so, on what date?
