Whether her department determines where councillors and/or municipalities may hold meetings; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (2) Whether the Matatiele Local Municipality held their annual meeting at Umhlanga Rocks north of Durban; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what (a) hotel did they use and (b) total amount was spent at the specified hotel?
