What is the salary package of the position of the Head of Department (HOD) of the Archaeology and Anthropology department at the Bloemfontein National Museum, (b) what grading system was used to determine the salary and (c) how does the salary compare to (i) the rest of the members of the department and (ii) other HODs employed at the museum?
Reply:
(a). The salary package of the position of the Head of Department (HOD) of the Archaeology and Anthropology department at the Bloemfontein National Museum is equivalent to an Assistant Director in the public service and the package is tied to that position.
