Arries, Ms LH to ask the Minister of Health

(a) How many psychiatric patients have jumped from the second-floor ward in the past five years at the Livingstone Hospital in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape (details furnished), (b) why is there no security bars on the windows of such hospital and (c) why has no security measures been put in place to safeguard the health of such patients?
