Whether her department has taken any immediate steps to assist provinces with coastline sewage and plastic pollutions; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what are the full, relevant details of the (a) specific locations of problem areas and (b) concrete steps to effectively mitigate the health risks posed by such pollution to both (i) marine ecosystem and (ii) human use of ocean spaces?
