Report of the Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology on the Agreement between the Republic of South Africa and the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) on the establishment of an International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Component in the Republic of South Africa, dated 3 December 2019:
 

The Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology, having considered the Agreement between the Republic of South Africa and the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) on the establishment of an International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Component in the Republic of South Africa, as well as the Explanatory Memorandum to the Agreement, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, approve the said Agreement.
