Report of the Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology on the Convention establishing the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) Observatory, dated 8 October 2019:

The Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology, having considered the Convention establishing the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) Observatory, as well as the Explanatory Memorandum to the Convention, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, approve the said Convention.
