REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON LAND AND ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS ON THE AFRICAN CONVENTION ON THE CONSERVATION OF NATURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES ( ALGIERS CONVENTION – 2003) , DATED 18 SEPTEMBER 2012

The Select Committee on Land and Environmental Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the African Convention on the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (Algiers Convention – 2003), referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approves the said Convention.
