The Portfolio Committee on International Relations and Cooperation, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement amending for the second time the Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of states, of the one part, and the European Community and its member states, of the other part, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
