Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000) has been refused on 5 March
2013.

(1) (b)The State Diamond Trader has not paid any performance bonuses to senior officials for 2011/2012.
(2) If the payments do get made, these will be in line with assessed performance and in line with the SDT's Performance Management Policy provisions.
(3) Any performance bonus payment that can still be made for the year 201 112012 will be on the basis of the performance contracts entered with any senior manager and based on assessed performance in line with the SDT's Performance Policy.
