MINUTES
The Committee decided that that approval of its Programmes, Business Plan
and Budget would be postponed to the following meeting scheduled for 31 August
2007, as the meeting was not quorate. .
Matters discussed in general included accommodation problems experienced by
Members and the the role and responsibilities of the Women in Parliament
initiative.
The meeting was adjourned.

Committee starts at a very robust programme on gender main streaming during the
budget debate
Introduce the element of people reporting to the committee 0 Bills that their
committees handled and what the gender aspect/impact of those Bills they must
report on - what the gender aspect/impact of those Bills they must report on -
what were the gender implications.
