SUMMARY
The meeting was cancelled because there was not enough members to constitute a quorum. Members expressed concern over the number of people who must be present in this particular committee in order for a quorum to be constituted. They agreed that the Chairperson should write a letter asking for the reduction of the number of people required to make a quorum for this committee.
