SUMMARY
Before adopting both the 2003 Committee Programme and 2002 Annual Report, Members did effect a few minor amendments to them.
MINUTES
Committee Programme 2003
International trips
The Committee agreed that Nigeria, Geneva and Kinshasa would be visited during 2003.
National trips
Members agreed that the Telkom disconnection sites sites would provisionally have to be visited during 2003, as well as the offices of Sentech, the Government Communications and Information System (GCIS), the Department of Communications and the SABC.
A few amendments were effected to the Programme (see Appendix), and it was accepted by the Committee.

Annual Report
Members expressed their disapproval at the inaccurate manner in which Members' attendance is reflected in Point 3.1 of the Report (see document).
The Chair noted that the Committee adopts the Report, subject to the proviso that the "Appointment Date" column in Point 3.1 be deleted.
Adoption of Committee Minutes
The Chair noted that Members agreed to the Committee Minutes of 21 January 2003 and 4 February 2003.
The meeting was adjourned.
