Meeting Summary

The Committee postponed the consideration and adoption of the draft Budgetary Review and Recommendations Report to the next day. The scheduled presentation from the Department of Defence and Military Veterans was also deferred.

Meeting report

The Chairperson opened proceedings and informed Members that the purpose of the meeting was to consider and adopt the draft Budgetary Review and Recommendations Report (BRRR) of the Committee.

Mr D Maynier (DA) proposed that since Members just received the draft document, they should be given a chance to go through it before considering and putting it for adoption.

The Chairperson stated that he would give Members till the next meeting to go through the document.
The scheduled presentation from the Department of Defence and Military Veterans was also deferred.
The meeting was adjourned.
