ICASA COUNCILLORS: FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Chairperson:
SUMMARY
The Committee met and recommend the following three candidates to be Councillors of the Independent Communications Authority South Africa:
- Ms Nadia Bulbulia;
- Mr Lumko Mtimde; and
- Ms Mamoduphi Mahlala.
MINUTES
The ANC submitted the following three candidates as their final choice:
- Ms Nadia Bulbulia;
- Ms Mamoduphi Mahlala; and
- Mr Lumko Mtimde.
The IFP selection was:
- Ms Nadia Bulbulia;
- Ms Mamoduphi Mahlala; and
- Ms Justine White.
The DP selected the following three candidates:
- Ms Justine White;
- Ms Kathleen Rice; and
- Ms Nadia Bulbulia.
The NNP selected the following four final candidates:
- Ms Mamoduphi Mahlala;
- Ms Justine White;
- Ms Nadia Bulbulia; and
- Mr Kenneth Herold.
The following three candidates will now be recommended to the President for appointment as ICASA councillors:
- Ms Nadia Bulbulia;
- Ms Mamoduphi Mahlala; and
- Mr Lumko Mtimde.
