The Department of Telecommunications and Postal Services has published the iKamva National e- Skills Institute Bill, and is asking you to comment.
Various Government policies have indicated the shortage of e- skills, and in response thereto the Department of Telecommunications and Postal Services is in the process of establishing the iKamva National e- Skills Institute as a legal entity in order to address such shortage.
