The Secretary to Parliament has, in accordance with section 18(1) of the Traditional Leadership and Governance Framework Act, 2003 (Act No. 41 of 2003), referred the Traditional Leadership and Governance Framework Amendment Bill to the National House of Traditional Leaders, which must, within 30 days from the date of the referral (12 June 2017), make any comments it wishes to make.
