The Select Committee on Health and Social Services, having considered the subject of the National Youth Development Agency Amendment Bill [B13B-2022] (Section 75), referred to it, reports that it has agreed to the Bill.

 

Process

 

• The National Youth Development Agency Amendment Bill [B13B-2022], Section 75, was referred to the Committee on 05 December 2023.

• The National Department on Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities briefed the Committee on 06 February 2024.
• Public comment was requested via various Parliamentary platforms from 10 January 2024 to 09 February 2024.
• On 08 March 2024, the Committee deliberated on the received written submissions, then finalised and agreed to the Bill.
