Report of the Select Committee on Health and Social Services on the Agreement amending the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Protocol on Gender and Development, dated 21 September 2021.

The Select Committee on Health and Social Services, having considered the Agreement amending the SADC Protocol on Gender and Development, in terms of Section 231(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, reports as follows:

The Committee recommends that the Council, in terms of Section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Protocol.
