Report of the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services on the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (signed 1 October 2019), tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, dated 3 March 2020.
 

The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the request that Parliament approves the ratification of the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Treaty between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, recommends that the National Assembly approves the ratification of the Treaty in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996.
