The Select Committee on Labour and Public
Enterprises, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the
International
Labour Organisation (ILO) Recommendation concerning HIV and AIDS and the World
of Work (No. 200) (Recommendation, 200) and South African Code of Good Practice
on HIV and AIDS and the World of Work, 2012 (HIV Code), including its Technical
Assistance Guidelines (
TAGs
)
,
referred to it,
recommends that the Council, in terms of
section 231(2) of the Constitution, approves the said recommendations.
