Report of the Select Committee of Trade and International Relations on the Agreement Amending Annex 1 (Co-operation on Investment) of the SADC Protocol on Finance and Investment (FIP); including the Protocol on Finance and Investment, dated 7 November 2018:
 

The Select Committee on Trade and International Relations, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement Amending Annex 1 (Co-operation on Investment) of the SADC Protocol on Finance and Investment (FIP); including the Protocol on Finance and Investment, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
