Report of the Select Committee of Trade and International Relations on the Agreement establishing the African Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA), dated 7 November 2018:
 

The Select Committee on Trade and International Relations, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement establishing the African Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA), recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
