The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the request that Parliament approves the ratification of the Extradition Treaty between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the United Arab Emirates (signed 25 September 2018) recommends that the House approves the ratification of the Treaty in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996.
