PORTFOLIO COMMITTEE ON POLICE MEMORANDUM IN TERMS OF RULE 274(3) OF THE RULES OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, DATED 6 JUNE 2018
 

The Portfolio Committee on Police (“Committee”) hereby informs the National Assembly in terms of National Assembly Rule 274(3), that the draft Independent Police Investigative Directorate Amendment Bill, 2018, was published for public comments in the Government Gazette, number 41667 on 1 June 2018. The closing date for the submissions is 22 June 2018.

 

The Committee intends reporting on the outcome of its process by 5 July 2018.
