Report of the Select Committee on Trade and International Relations on South Africa’s Protocol of Accession to the Agreement Establishing the Advisory Centre on World Trade Organisation (WTO) Law (ACWL), dated 22 February 2017:
 

The Select Committee on Trade and International Relations, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of South Africa’s Protocol of Accession to the Agreement Establishing the Advisory Centre on World Trade Organisation (WTO) Law (ACWL) and Explanatory Memorandum thereto, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Protocol.
