The Select Committee on Security and Justice reports that it has concluded its consideration of the Proclamations made in terms of section 25 of the Protection of Constitutional Democracy Against Terrorist and Related Activities Act, 2004 (Act No. 33 of 2004) and tabled in Parliament on 18 November 2015 and 11 May 2016, recommends that the National Council of Provinces approve the above Proclamations.
