The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, having considered the South African Judicial Education Institute Bill [B 4B - 2007] (National Assembly – sec 75) and the proposed amendments of the National Council of Provinces (Announcements, Tablings and Committee Reports, 7 May 2008, p 595), referred to the Committee, reports the Bill with amendments [B 4C – 2007].
