Report of the Committee on Private Members’ Legislative Proposals and Special Petitions on the Legislative Proposal to amend theRemuneration of Public Office Bearers Act (No 20 of 1998), dated 30 May 2008:

The Committee on Private Members` Legislative Proposals and Special Petitions, having considered the Legislative Proposal to amend theRemuneration of Public Office Bearers Act (No 20 of 1998), submitted by Mrs S A Seaton, and having consulted with the Presidency, recommends that permission be given to the member to proceed with the proposal.
