SUMMARY
Members met with the legal representatives from the Department of Public Enterprises to finalise the South African Express Airways Bill and the Broadband Infraco Bill. Members then proceeded to unanimously adopt both Bills, with amendments.

Members deliberated over various clauses of the Bill and it was agreed to adopt the Bill subject to certain technical and grammatical amendments.
Broadband Infraco Bill
Members deliberated over various clauses of the Bill and it was agreed to adopt the bill subject to certain technical and grammatical amendments.
Committee Reports on Broadband Infraco Bill and the SAX Bill
The Chairperson read through the Committee reports on each Bill, after which Members decided to unanimously adopt both Committee reports
