MINUTES
Committee chairperson gave Members half an hour to glance through the Report
and consider it before voting on it.
All Members voted in favour of its adoption. However Mr M Walters (DA) requested
that the Chairperson place on record the rejection of the Report by the
Democratic Alliance (DA).
The meeting was adjourned.
