REPORT BACK BY WORKGROUPS; ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS

SUMMARY
Members agreed on the need for a joint workshop for all role players from the Department of Public Works on how to implement policies. Group One informed the Committee that reports from the following Departments were still pending: the Department of Defence, Department of Justice, Correctional Services as well as the Department of Education.
MINUTES
Adoption of changes to SCAG report
Members agreed to changes proposed to annexures to the SCOPA Auditor General Report (SCAG) Report. The annexures were unanimously adopted.
Adoption of the resolutions
No resolutions were adopted due to the fact that all the corrections highlighted from the previous plenary had not yet been effected. Members agreed that there was a need for further insight and deliberation on these resolutions.
The meeting was adjourned.
