SUMMARY
As both the Chairperson and the Deputy Chairperson, Mr M.B. Ntuli (ANC) were not present, the meeting was presided over by Mr Andrew Mlangeni (ANC).
The Committee agreed that in the light of the absence of the Chairperson and her Deputy, and the fact that those members present did not constitute a quorum, the meeting could not continue. Mr Mlangeni adjourned the meeting until further notice.
