The Chairperson mentioned that he expected Members should have gone through the report beforehand because it was distributed in November 2012. He then invited comments from the floor.
Mr L Ramatlakane (COPE) moved for adoption, and Mr G Snell (ANC) seconded the motion. The report was adopted without amendments.
The Committee then agreed to consider the outstanding minutes the following week.
The meeting was adjourned
