The COGTA Committee, in the KZN Provincial Legislature, invites submissions on the Customary Initiation Bill by 28 May 2020
The Customary Initiation Bill is intended to provide effective regulation of initiation schools, and generally circumstances around customary initiation. Most of South Africa’s tribes practice and still respect their respective initiation traditions.
