The Portfolio Committee on Environmental Affairs invites you to attend a parliamentary colloquium that it is hosting on Climate Finance on 28 November 2017. The colloquium seeks to assess climate finance inflows into the implementation of South Africa’s climate action, as articulated by the White Paper on Climate Change and the National Development Plan.
The colloquium provides a unique opportunity for all invited key stakeholders to engage in robust discussions that would advance the Committee’s oversight approach to the impending Climate Change Bill that is anticipated to incorporate important financial aspects critical to the implementation of climate action by all stakeholders in the Republic.
