The Department of Trade and Industry, after consultation with the National Gambling Policy Council, in line with the National Gambling Act, has given notice of intention to set the maximum number of casino licences that may be granted throughout the Republic at forty-one (41), to be divided among the provinces, and is asking you to comment.
