Criminal capacity of children - Proposals on categories of persons competent to conduct such evaluations

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development invites you to submit written proposals in respect of the categories of persons regarded as being competent to conduct evaluation of the criminal capacity of children (criminal capacity evaluations) in terms of section 11 of the Child Justice Act, 2008 (Act 75 of 2008) (the Act) and the aspects of criminal capacity in respect of each of these categories.
