The Minister of Mineral Resources published the draft Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Bill, 2012 for comment.
The mining and minerals industry as well as other interested parties are invited to submit written representations on the draft Bill. The representations must be marked for the attention of Mr Andre Andreas.
