2023 Division of Revenue Amendment Bill

The Standing and Select Committees on Appropriations invite you to submit written submissions on the Division of Revenue Amendment Bill.

Submissions can be emailed to Mr D Arends at [email protected] and Mr L Nodada at [email protected] by no later than 16:00 on Tuesday, 14 November 2023.

You must indicate your intention to make an oral submission

The aim of the Bill is to:

amend the Division of Revenue Act, 2023, in accordance with the Money Bills and Related Matters Act, 2009; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

Joint virtual public hearings will be held as follows:

• Friday, 17 November 2023: 2023 Division of Revenue Amendment Bill (Standing Committee on Appropriations: NA and Select Committee on Appropriations: NCOP).
