The Department of Agriculture, Land Reforms and Rural Development has published the draft Norms and Standards for Spatial Planning and Land Use Management in terms of Section 8 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act No 16 of 2013 (SPLUMA), and is asking you to comment.
Comments can be emailed to the Director-General for Agriculture, Land Reforms and Rural Development at SPLUMA@dalrrd,gov.za by no later than Monday, 19 June 2023.
