The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services invites you to submit written submissions on:  

1.      Repeal of the Transkeian Penal Code Bill [B34 – 2022:

The purpose of the Repeal of the Transkeian Penal Code Bill is to:

▪ Repeal the Transkeian Penal Code, 1983;
▪  Extend the application of certain laws to the area formerly known as the Republic of Transkei;
▪  Provide for transitional arrangements; and
▪  Provide for matters connected therewith.

Please indicate your interest in making a verbal presentation.
