The Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry invites you to submit written comments on the Legal Metrology Bill [B34-2013]
The purpose of the Bill is to:
▪ provide for the administration and maintenance of legal metrology technical regulations in order to promote fair trade and to protect public health and safety and the environment.
Public hearings will be held in parliament on Tuesday, 15 & Wednesday, 16 October 2013.
