The Standing Committee on Finance and Select Committee on Finance invites you to submit written submissions on the Draft regulations issued in terms of Financial Management of Parliament and Provincial Legislature Act, 2009 (Act 10 of 2009)

The Executive Authority has in terms of section 65(1)(q) of the Financial Management of Parliament and Provincial Legislatures Act, 2009 (Act No 10 of 2009) issued these regulations.

Public hearings will be conducted virtually on Thursday, 03 March 2022.

Submissions and your indication to make oral presentation must be received by no later than 12:00 on Monday, 28 February 2022
