The Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform, having considered the subject of the Rural Development and Land Reform General Amendment Bill [B33 – 2010]  (National Assembly – sec 75), referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 75 Bill, reports that it has agreed to the Bill without  amendment.
