the Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry on the Agreement on the Amendment
of Annex IV and VI of the Trade, Development and Cooperation Agreement between
the Republic of South Africa, on the one part, and the European Community and
its Member States, on the other part, regarding certain agricultural products
(referred to as the Cheese Agreement), dated 29 January 2013:
The Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry, having
considered the request for approval by Parliament of the
Agreement
on the Amendment of Annex IV and VI of the Trade, Development and Cooperation
Agreement between the Republic of South Africa, on the one part, and the
European Community and its Member States, on the other part, regarding certain
agricultural products (referred to as the Cheese Agreement),
recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2)
of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
